Thursday, September 4, 2025: Welcome & Networking Evening

18:30 Welcome Dinner at Leo Bistro

Enjoy an elegant 3-course dinner (starter/soup + main course + dessert) at Leo Bistro, an exquisite restaurant offering stunning views of the Danube and the Chain Bridge. Drink Package included: Welcome Sparkling Wine (1 Glass) + 3 Glasses Of Non-Alcoholic Refreshment Or Wine Or Beer + Water + Coffee).

21:40 Evening River Cruise on the Danube

Embark on a one-hour scenic cruise through Budapest's illuminated city center. The cruise includes one complimentary drink, with options including champagne, beer, wine, soft drinks, or mineral water, offering a perfect end to the welcome evening.

The first day is dedicated to welcoming participants and initiating networking in a relaxed, picturesque setting, allowing attendees to connect before the formal conference sessions begin.

Friday, September 5, 2025: Conference Sessions (Morning)

All morning sessions will take place at the InterContinental Hotel, Budapest.

09:00 Opening Session

Led by Dr. Marcell Szijártó, this session will feature a welcome address, introductions of all participants, and crucial updates on the LCA's vision and ongoing initiatives.

09:30 Keynote Presentation: AI in Law Firms

Dr. Máté Bende, an expert with over 15 years of experience in legal communication and business development, will present on "AI in Law Firms: Coopilot Integration, AI and Legal Work," exploring the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on legal practices.

10:30 Coffee Break

A 30-minute break for networking and refreshments.

11:00 Interactive Session: Transforming Relationships into Results

Aaron M. Muhly, a U.S.-trained attorney and business development coach, will lead an interactive session focused on client development strategies and overcoming common barriers.

12:15 Lunch at the InterContinental Hotel

A delicious lunch will be provided at the hotel, included in your conference fee.

Friday, September 5, 2025: Etyek Wine Region Team-Building

The afternoon transitions to a unique team-building experience in the Etyek Wine Region, a renowned wine village near Budapest.  Minibuses will depart from the InterContinental Hotel at 15:00.

Winery Visits and Tastings

Participants will visit three distinct local wineries, each offering a guided tasting session to explore the region's unique wines and production methods.

Building Exercises

Throughout the excursion, a series of interactive team- building exercises will be integrated to foster collaboration and strengthen bonds among participants in a fun, relaxed setting.

Dinner at the Final Winery

The day concludes with a delightful dinner at the last winery, featuring four different wines and unlimited soda and still water. Any additional alcoholic beverages will be paid for individually.

Return transfers to the hotel are scheduled for approximately 20:30, ensuring a comfortable end to an enriching day.

Saturday, September 6, 2025: Farewell & Optional Cultural Exploration

Morning 3 Informal Farewell Gathering
A casual gathering will be held in the morning for participants to exchange final thoughts, contacts, and farewells before departure. This provides a relaxed environment for last-minute networking.

Optional Cultural Excursions
Depending on participant interest and availability, an optional cultural walking tour or half-day excursion will be arranged:
– Buda Castle District: Explore the historic heart of Budapest, a UNESCO World Heritage site, offering panoramic views and rich architectural history. 
– Szentendre: Discover this charming riverside town known for its baroque architecture, art galleries, and vibrant atmosphere, just a short trip from Budapest.

These optional activities offer a chance for attendees to delve deeper into Hungary’s rich culture and history, creating memorable experiences beyond the conference agenda.

Accommodation and Included Meals

For maximum convenience, we highly recommend booking your accommodation at the InterContinental Budapest, as  it serves as the conference venue and a central point for all activities. However, participants are entirely free to choose  alternative accommodations that best suit their preferences and budget.

Important Note on Meals: When booking your accommodation, we suggest opting for the “bed & breakfast” option  only. This is because most key meals throughout the conference are already included in your conference fee, ensuring  you won’t incur unnecessary additional costs for food.
